Yes, $20 for 5 submissions.

Artists must not submit more than 5 images per application
Artist name, email address and telephone number.
Images must be in JPEG, JPG, PNG format, no larger than 3MB each.
Each image must include the artists name, title, dimensions in inches, substrate, framing, price.
Commission (50/50 )
Include all art related social media handles because we do look and often share with clients.
Artist is responsible for insuring their work.

We try to respond to all submissions via email (please check your Junk mail folder). Kindly allow us an appropriate amount of time to review your submission.

We extend a warm welcome to individuals beyond Ontario and Canada; however, artists are responsible for shipping arrangements.
Do not ship to the gallery. an alternative address will be given.

Storage fees are charged if an artist leaves the artwork past the pick up date agreed to in the contract without prior arrangements. $20 per day accrual fee to paid to the gallery for the return of artwork.

Yes - the show will remain live online for 60 days after the pick up date. so hold on to your pieces. The gallery will contact you if your work has been purchased.

Inform the gallery, a drop off date will be arranged with you, the gallery will arrange for the client to pay and pick up at the gallery. The gallery will arrange packaging and shipping when necessary. We do the work so you don’t have to….
APPLICATION Portal
The Jackalope gallery eagerly invites submissions of recent contemporary works from artists of all backgrounds. Specializing in original contemporary and fine modern art, our exhibitions feature a diverse range of mediums including mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, photography and functional pieces crafted from glass, ceramic, fiber, and metal.
To ensure each submission receives proper attention, we kindly request that portfolios not be brought into the gallery. Instead, all applications should be exclusively submitted through our online application form. We appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully review each submission in our dedicated environment.
Accepted works may be used for advertising purposes by The Jackalope Gallery, and artists are required to have their own insurance as the gallery is not liable for any damage or loss.
Submissions will undergo a jury process with a non-refundable submission fee.
All artwork must be available for sale for the duration of the contract, properly prepared for display, and labeled on the back.
The Jackalope will actively promote the show through various platforms in efforts to maximize exposure and engagement.
Contracts for each show end 60 days after pick up.
Please ensure you keep your show piece/pieces available for online gallery purchasing.
The Jackalope will continue to market your work for online purchase.
